WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to Canada and the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address. We are working on bringing our products to additional countries!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process an order. Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from saphirshoppes@gmail.com

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love your products! We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Please note that as a small business, we do not offer refunds. We do, however - offer exchanges or store credits on damaged or incorrect orders. If you receive an incorrect order or your shipment arrives damaged, we ask that you submit a exchange request along with documentation of shipment to saphirshoppes@gmail.com. The request, along with all products must be submitted to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once the exchange request is received and processed it can take 2-4 business days to ship your new product. Store credits are valid for (30) days.

WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.
